The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Procurement Department.

Work schedule - full-time Work location - Chakvi Direct supervisor - Chief Financial Officer

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and managing the company's procurement department activities;
• Implementing and controlling the company's procurement policy and internal procedures;
• Managing the full cycle of tenders - preparing tender requirements, finding suppliers, receiving, evaluating, analyzing, and selecting the winning supplier;
• Ensuring transparency, competitiveness, and protection of the company's interests in tenders;
• Conducting market research, analyzing prices, and finding alternative suppliers;
• Negotiating with strategic suppliers and agreeing on contract terms;
• Planning the procurement budget and controlling its execution;
• Controlling optimal inventory levels and planning procurement according to sales forecasts;
• Overseeing import processes, logistics, and customs procedures;
• Controlling procurement-related contracts, documentation, and reporting;
• Periodically evaluating supplier performance and promoting their development;
• Coordinating, evaluating, and developing the activities of procurement department employees;
• Preparing analytical reports and recommendations for management.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills & abilities:

** Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Logistics or a related field;

** At least 5 years of experience in the field of procurement, including experience in a leadership position will be considered an advantage;

** Practical experience in planning and managing tenders;

** Experience of successful negotiations with suppliers;

** In-depth knowledge of procurement, logistics and inventory management processes;

** Ability to perform financial analysis and budget management;

** High-level knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel);

** Experience working with ERP/PMS or other procurement systems will be considered an advantage;

** Knowledge of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage;

** Leadership and managerial skills;

** Strong negotiation skills;

** Strategic and analytical thinking;

** Ability to make decisions quickly and objectively;

** High sense of responsibility.
