Job description

You, as a cashier-operator/lombard appraiser, will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast and qualified customer service; - Polite, friendly and warm attitude towards the customer; - Interview with the client, fixing the loan request from him and informing about the pawnshop procedures and tariffs in the bank; - Evaluation of collateral; - Drawing up contracts and acts of evaluation of valuables; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance of credit in the relevant software; - In case of full or partial repayment of the loan, the return of valuables in full or in part; - In case of overdue credits, compliance with the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines. - Sending / cashing fast transfers - Conversions
