VoIP Engineer

Company "GoSms" is announcing a vacancy for the position of VoIP Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible specialist who will ensure the smooth operation, development and security of the company's voice infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:

VoIP infrastructure setup, management and monitoring; SIP Trunk, IP phone and virtual number configuration; Administration of Asterisk / FreeSWITCH based systems; Management of incoming and outgoing call routing; Setup of Call Center functionality, IVR, Queues and Recording; Diagnosis of voice quality, delays and connection problems; Management of SIP, RTP, NAT, Firewall and QoS parameters; Technical communication with telecommunication operators; Participation in integration of VoIP systems with CRM and other software products; Ensuring system security and prevention of possible fraudulent activities; Preparation and update of technical documentation.

Qualification requirements:

Practical experience of working with VoIP technologies; Good knowledge of SIP, RTP, TCP / IP, UDP, DNS and NAT protocols; Experience of working with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH or other IP PBX systems; Knowledge of Linux operating system administration; Basic or good knowledge of network infrastructure and Firewall; Experience of using Wireshark, SIP Trace and other diagnostic tools; Ability to quickly identify and solve problems independently; High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.

Additional advantages will be considered:

Experience of working with Kamailio, OpenSIPS or SBC systems; Work with Call Center platforms; Experience of API integrations; Knowledge of Docker and Cloud infrastructure; Experience in VoIP security and Fraud Prevention; Knowledge of English at the level of technical documentation.
