Cyclone Cleaner - Paid Internship

"Hanivel Cement" has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Hanivel Cement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, Hanivel Cement operates 15 concrete plants.

"Hanivel Cement" is announcing a paid internship for a Cyclone Cleaner position at the Kaspi Cement Plant.

Location: Kaspi, Parnavazis Street N2

Schedule: Full-time, shift work, 12-hour shifts, no more than 40 hours a week;

Number: 1

Internship duration: 1 month (with prospects for further employment)

Main responsibilities:

Visual inspection of the preheater (5 cyclones and calciner), verification of pressures and temperatures with the control room;

Control and supervision of tire feeding unit in the kiln, ensuring compliance with safety rules;

Taking samples for the laboratory;

Control of the upper and lower parts of the preheater (kiln), to prevent dust accumulation;

Ensuring proper functioning of drive units;

Monitoring the safe operation of working aggregates and timely notification of damage;

Transfer of information to the next shift verbally and by making entries in the journal after all significant and/or notable events that occurred during the shift;

Compliance with labor safety rules and regulations in force on the company's work area.

It is desirable to have:

Experience working in the production sector;

Experience working with aggregates;

Punctuality;

Sense of responsibility.
