About the position:

** We are looking for a dynamic New Product Development Manager who will be responsible for the entire cycle of new product development - from idea to launch in both local and international markets.

** In this position, you will be responsible for marketing campaigns and promotions.

Key responsibilities:

** Developing complete marketing strategies for launching new products on the market, in accordance with the company's long-term goals, market research, and analysis; making proposals for improving existing products based on market trend analysis.

** Close coordination with cross-functional teams (production, purchasing, quality control, finance, sales, and marketing) to develop product positioning and key messages.

** Project planning and management from concept to market launch (End-to-End).

** Selecting the design team, assigning technical tasks (TB), and approving the visual identity of labels, boxes, and packaging.

** Direct collaboration with printing houses, designers, and suppliers until production launch.

** Determining, planning, and managing project financial, legal, and time frames.

** Monitoring project progress, identifying and correcting deviations.

** Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented campaigns (Metrics).

Qualification requirements:

** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

** At least 4 years of experience in product development (NPD), managing marketing campaigns (preferably in FMCG or the alcoholic beverages sector).

** Knowledge of production processes, packaging technologies, and quality management systems.

** Strong project management skills - budgeting, deadline planning, and cross-functional team management.

** Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

** Proactivity, initiative, and ability to make independent decisions.

** Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00.
