S.C. "Pediatri" is announcing a vacancy for a Medical Assistant position in Tbilisi.

Work location: Tbilisi, Kavtaradze St. #26

Work schedule: Flexible schedule, easily compatible with studies (only 6 or 8 shifts per month), including 24-hour shifts and day shifts (08:30 - 22:00)

The Emergency Pediatrician invites students interested in pediatrics and pediatric emergency residents to apply for the Medical Assistant position.

Main responsibilities:

** Participation in the patient's examination process and assisting the doctor;

** Taking biological material/analysis;

** Filling out medical documentation and history.

Qualification requirements:

** Student of a medical course;

** Student of a pediatric emergency residency course;

** Work experience is desirable;

1. By submitting the requested document/information, the job applicant (hereinafter also referred to as the "Candidate") confirms that the information provided by them (personal data, resume, diploma(s), certificate(s), and any other provided documentation) is true and agrees to provide additional true information that may be required during the pre-contractual relationship;

2. The Candidate undertakes to provide the Employer with complete information about any circumstances that may hinder the performance of work or pose a threat to the interests of the Employer or third parties. In case of a breach of this obligation, the Candidate's application may be removed from the selection process, and in the event of cooperation, they may receive a written warning or termination of the employment contract.

3. The Employer, based on the Candidate's prior consent, undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period within S.C. Pediatri (TIN or its affiliated medical institutions (for the avoidance of doubt, affiliated medical institutions refer to any profile company affiliated with and/or connected to S.C. Georgia Clinics or under its direct or indirect management).

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information will be stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in the event of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In the event of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Additionally, the Candidate's data may not be considered for the given vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In the event of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire duration of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the work to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), duration, working conditions, and the Candidate's rights and obligations during the pre-contractual period.

6. To implement a high standard of personal data protection and effectively manage/address any issues related to personal data processing, the person granting this consent is entitled to consult with the Employer's Personal Data Protection Officer at any time and receive qualified and operational service within the shortest possible timeframe.
