Personal Data Protection Officer

LLC "Platform Holding Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Personal Data Protection Officer.

Work location: Batumi, Tbilisi

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance of personal data processing processes with Georgian legislation;
• Developing and implementing internal data protection policies, procedures, and regulations;
• Consulting and conducting trainings for employees on data protection issues;
• Assessing data security risks and providing recommendations;
• Managing incidents, responding, and reporting to the supervisory authority if necessary;
• Conducting data protection audits and producing relevant documentation;
• Communication with the Data Protection Service and other interested parties.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (in law, cybersecurity, IT, or other relevant fields);
• Experience working in the field of personal data protection (at least 1 year of experience is desirable);
• Knowledge of the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection" and GDPR;
• Experience in drafting policies and regulations;
• Ability to communicate and conduct trainings;
• Analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility.
