Hotel "Intourist Hotel Kazbegi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Waiter

Function-Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of the menu composition;
• Adherence to service rules according to the hotel's established standards;
• Reception of guests, provision of quick and hospitable service;
• Setting tables and controlling cleanliness;
• Presenting the bill to the guest and being responsible for payment accuracy;
• Reporting financial transactions carried out at the cash register to the financial department;
• Taking care of work inventory;
• Constant communication with the guest and caring about their satisfaction. In case of an unhappy guest, identifying the reason and notifying the manager.

Qualification Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
• Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English;
• Any additional language will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to provide hospitable service, including to problematic guests;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Detail-oriented.
