SAP ERP Manager

LLC "Socar Energy Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of SAP ERP Manager, who will lead the planning, implementation, support, and optimization of the company's resource (ERP) systems.

Location: Tbilisi, 300 Aragveli N24;

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:30

Remuneration: 10,000 Net.

Key Functions:

Strategy and Management

** Define and implement a long-term plan for SAP ERP in line with the company's overall goals and IT strategy;

** Develop and enforce ERP management models, change management protocols, and system compliance standards;

** Manage ERP project budgets, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and SLA agreements with external partners.

System Operation and Optimization

** Oversee daily support, improvement, and performance monitoring of the SAP ecosystem (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP);

** Identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and system updates to promote continuous improvement;

** Lead cross-functional projects integrating SAP and third-party non-SAP applications.

Relationship with Stakeholders

** Lead, create, and refine a high-performing team of internal SAP functional and technical consultants/analysts;

** Coordinate ERP initiatives with top management and key business stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements:

** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;

** Official SAP certificates (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Project Management) will be considered an advantage;

** At least 10 years of experience working with SAP systems, including at least 4 years in a team leadership or managerial position;

** Proven experience in managing full-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA or migration projects to S/4HANA;

** Knowledge of core SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM);

** Basic knowledge of SAP architecture, ABAP development cycle, and SAP Integration Suite/BTP is desirable;

** English language proficiency at C1 level.
