Planning and Technical Maintenance - Compilation and implementation of planned-preventive repair and technical inspection schedules for energy equipment. - Operational elimination of malfunctions and emergency situations arising in energy systems, analysis of their causes and taking preventive measures. - Organization of proper technical operation and timely repair of energy devices and energy systems. - Ensuring correct and continuous operation, proper functioning and periodic inspection of the port's diesel generators and gas economy. - To ensure continuous and accident-free operation, constant control over compliance with labor protection and safety regulations, production sanitation and fire safety rules; operation of power plants, use and protection of power devices and networks, protection of underground structures and communications, control, protection and automation systems, and timely repairs. - Control over the production of work related to timely cleaning of electrical rooms, electrical columns, all electrical nodes in workshops, warehouses and storages on the port territory, and checking the insulation protection of wires. - Organization of periodic measurements of grounding contours and testing of dielectric means, ensuring the implementation of protective works for underground structures and communications, and timely submission of technical supervision bodies for the port's electrical economy. - Participation in the preparation of applications for the purchase of energy equipment, materials and spare parts necessary for the operation of the port's electrical economy. - Supervision of the technical condition of the port's energy objects. - Control over the work performed by managing organizations for the maintenance of the port's energy economy, checking the quality of services, devices and materials provided by managers and suppliers. - Control over the performance of repairs and inspections of energy equipment.
