The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Electrical Weak Current Direction Team Lead.
Main functions/responsibilities:
** Formation and implementation of the technical strategy, standards, and work methodologies for the direction; ** System-level management of the technical part of ongoing projects and control of operations on site; ** Leadership, development, distribution of site engineers to projects, and control of their technical work; ** Ensuring the feasibility, optimization, and compliance with standards of technical solutions adopted for projects; ** High-level revision of technical solutions, drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation; ** Standardization of Shop Drawings, Method Statements, Checklists, and other technical documentation; ** Participation in the technical selection of materials and approval of critical technical solutions; ** Ensuring a unified technical approach and engineering standards for all projects; ** Identification of systemic technical risks and development of optimization paths; ** Participation in strategic planning of engineering resources, brigades, and subcontractors; ** Evaluation of site engineers' and subcontractors' work and provision of relevant feedback; ** Sharing knowledge, technical training, and implementation of best practices; ** Active coordination with project managers, procurement, and QA/QC departments; ** Participation in solving complex technical issues and managing escalations; ** Verification of drawing authenticity, calculations, BOQ compliance, technical details, installation solutions, and integration of various systems.
Qualification requirements:
** Preferably, a higher technical education in electrical engineering, energy, automation, or weak current systems; ** At least 5 years of experience working in electrical and weak current systems; ** Experience in managing an engineering team or direction; ** Practical experience with Shop Drawings, As-Built documentation, and technical revision; ** Ability to analyze BOQs, calculations, and technical specifications; ** Knowledge of integrating various engineering systems; ** Familiarity with AutoCAD and engineering software; ** Experience working with international standards; ** Experience in managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams; ** High sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and attention to technical details; ** Preferably, experience working on large-scale construction/MEP projects; ** Knowledge of foreign languages: English, Russian.
