Brand Manager - Furniture Direction

It unites such international brands as: Penti, Matalan, OVS, Terranova, KIABI, Enza home, English Home, and Principe (HUGO BOSS, BIKKEMBERGS, Christian Lacroix, CERRUTI 1881, BALDESSARINI, and POLICE). The company is represented by more than 35 stores in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Rustavi, and Gori.

"Jitex" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Brand Manager (Furniture Direction).

Job Type: Full-time.

Location: Tbilisi, Mukhran Machavariani St. 4b.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, ensure implementation of, and control the strategic development and current plans of the brand; Ensure the brand's financial direction functions properly and effectively (product ordering, sales, discounts, gross margin, and control of remaining stock); Create an annual purchasing plan, periodically review, and make necessary adjustments; Manage B2B sales and communicate with potential clients; Develop a sales growth strategy, analyze, and control implementation; Ensure market research, customer segmentation, and database analysis, and analyze results; Participate in planning marketing activities, ensure implementation, and verify results; Develop monthly, seasonal, and annual sales plans and distribute them to branches; Create, manage, and control the development process of existing and new products together with other company structural units; Conduct preliminary research and identify needs for goods and/or services to optimize purchasing planning; Control timely fulfillment of product orders; Monitor warehouse stock; Ensure and control fulfillment of the sales plan; Prepare reports, financial, and statistical analysis; Manage subordinate employees, delegate tasks, and control their work; Perform other tasks related to the manager's activities.

Education: Higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, General Management, or Finance.

Work Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position; Experience in team management; Knowledge of English at B2 level; Retail experience is desirable.
