** Formation/preparation of orders fixed by sales representatives in the program for writing out.
** Software control of product stocks and monitoring of stock-related issues.
** Monitoring of promotional products and periods agreed with partners.
** Agreement of processes with the delivery service.
** Ensuring the accuracy of order, sales and inventory data.
** Coordination with sales, logistics and warehouse employees if necessary.
** Processing of activity-related data and preparation of required reports.
** Protection of company's internal policies, procedures and work standards.
** Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of activity.
Requirements:
** Desirable experience in the operational direction, in the distribution field.
** Desirable experience in working with 1C program.
** Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
