Job conditions:

Position: Business and partnerships development manager Work schedule: Full-time onsite, Monday to Friday - 10:00 - 19:00. Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Key responsibilities:

** Finding new partners and merchants, communicating with them, and formalizing cooperation; ** Identifying potential business clients and offering them HashBank products and services; ** Conducting negotiations, agreeing on commercial terms, and developing partner relationships; ** Supporting existing partners, deepening relationships, and ensuring the expansion of cooperation; ** Analyzing the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities; ** Meeting sales targets and KPIs; ** Close collaboration with various internal teams (product, operations, legal, marketing) to ensure rapid and efficient onboarding of partners; ** Planning and implementing initiatives for partner network growth and business development; ** Preparing periodic reports on performed activities.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education (in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field); ** At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, or partner relationship management; ** Experience working with merchants, B2B sales, and corporate clients will be considered an advantage; ** Successful negotiation and partner relationship development experience; ** Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint); ** Experience working with CRM systems will be considered an advantage.
