Micro Business Banker

We are looking for a Micro Business Banker to join the team at Tera Bank's Poti branch.

This vacancy is for you if:

** You have negotiation, sales, critical and analytical thinking skills

** You are communicative and detail-oriented

** You can work in a team

Your responsibilities will be:

** Attracting/retaining micro and small segment clients and providing them with high-quality service

** Processing micro and small segment loans, conducting financial analysis, approving and issuing

** Ensuring the implementation of an individual plan, growth and quality of the credit portfolio

If you have the necessary knowledge and qualifications:

** Higher education (preferably in banking, finance or economics)

** At least 1 year of experience working with business clients in the banking/finance sector

** Ability to analyze complex financial data and reports

** High-level knowledge of office computer programs (including Excel)
