Physician Reproductive Assistant

Clinic "Invitro Life" is announcing a vacancy for the position of a Physician Reproductive Assistant.

Work location: Tbilisi: L. Managadze street N 17 (next to the maternity hospital "Health House", 300 Araguli metro station).

Work schedule: Monday-Friday full; Saturday - part-time

Remuneration (salary) - by agreement;

Main requirements:

• Medical education is a must, completed residency (obstetrics-gynecology, reproductive medicine);

• Medical documentation, recording and data entry into the medical program (Webmed Core);

• Making appointments for patient research;

• Planning patient visits;

• Planning repeat consultations within the initial consultation;

• Making phone calls to obtain additional patient information;

• Maintaining patient confidentiality;

• English language skills (knowledge of another language will be considered a priority);

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) user-level knowledge.
