** Knowledge of emergency response procedures and readiness of relevant equipment.

Qualification Requirements:
** National Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Protection.

** Knowledge of international organization standards is desirable.
** English and Russian languages will be considered an advantage.
