Procurement Specialist

"Alte University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Procurement Specialist.

Main functions/responsibilities:

** Registration and administration of internal procurement requests;

** Planning, organizing and managing tender procedures;

** Finding suppliers and conducting price inquiries;

** Conducting negotiations with suppliers and selecting them;

** Signing and controlling contracts;

** Forming purchase orders and receiving invoices;

** Receiving, checking payment requests;

** Producing and initiating cash and non-cash settlements for purchase orders in the financial accounting department;

** Maintaining procurement and supplier registers;

** Controlling the receipt of goods from suppliers;

** Preparing comparison and mutual agreement acts with suppliers/service providers;

** Participating in the inventory process within the company;

** Ensuring the performance of various tasks assigned by the direct supervisor that are directly related to the activity;

Main requirements:

** Higher education in Business Administration;

** 2 years of experience in a similar position;

** English language proficiency at B2 level;

** Good knowledge of office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point;

Personal skills:

** Higher education in Business Administration;

** 2 years of experience in a similar position;

** English language proficiency at B2 level;

** Good knowledge of office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point;

Workplace: Tbilisi, University St. N 10, Alte University Campus Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00-18:00
