We are looking for an experienced team member in the direction of construction quality control for the position of Construction Quality Control Manager at Adli.

Work schedule: Full. Vacancy location: Tbilisi.

Main function - responsibilities:

Assessment of the object/project and preparation of a quality plan; Monitoring of ongoing construction and installation works at construction sites; Involvement in the preparation of work methodology (within the competence) and ensuring quality procedures according to the methodology; Supervision of objects and quality control from the construction angle; Quality control of concrete and inert materials; Checking the compliance of construction works with structural and architectural projects (drawings); Periodic checking of the compliance of construction material placement/arrangement and other internal drawings; Comparison of the construction drawing's volumetric indicators (cubic capacity, square footage) with the actual performance of the object; Taking necessary measures to protect plan-schedules; Quality control of construction materials; Identification of technological flaws allowed during the workflow; Control of the quality of performed works and compliance with the project; Supervision of laboratory research results; Timely production; storage; collection of necessary documentation at construction sites; Initiation of design changes as needed; Preparation of weekly quality control reports; Weekly work plan leadership/supply/agreement.

Basic requirements, personal competencies/skills:

** Higher education in Construction/Engineering; (mandatory)

** At least 3 years of experience in construction;

** Knowledge of programs - Microsoft Suit, Archicad, Autocad at the user level;

** Knowledge of a foreign language (English and/or Russian);

** Knowledge and ability to manage a construction site;

** Ability to read and analyze construction documentation;

** Ability to plan, organize and monitor work;

** Ability to work within predetermined and agreed deadlines;

** Attention to detail;

** Ability to work in a team and be collegial;
