The law company "Gelbakhiani Legal Service" announces a vacancy for the position of Senior Lawyer.

Job Description:

The work of a Senior Lawyer involves providing various types of legal services to the company and its clients, including:

Preparation, expertise, and analysis of internal acts, foundation documents, any type and content of transactions, other legal documentation, and correspondence; Representation of the company and/or its clients and protection of their interests in relations with third parties, conducting relevant negotiations and/or organizing meetings; Representation in notary offices, state and local self-government bodies, and the National Agency for Public Registry, submission of documents for certification, consideration, and/or registration, and participation in relevant proceedings; Constant control over updates in the country's legislative base, court practice, and informing the company and its clients and using it in the work process; Distribution of relevant tasks to junior lawyers of the company and control over their performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

The candidate's qualifications and skills must meet the following criteria:

Higher legal education; Good knowledge of administrative, civil, and entrepreneurial legislation theory; At least 5 (five) years of experience in civil and entrepreneurial law, contracts, and corporate documents; Knowledge of office programs; Ability to express oneself correctly in speech and writing; High sense of responsibility, punctuality, communicativeness, and ability to work in a team; Analytical thinking and attention to detail; Perfect knowledge of English. In addition, perfect knowledge of Russian will be considered an additional significant benefit.

Remuneration: from 4000 GEL (NET), considering the candidate's qualifications. In addition to a fixed salary, an employee may be given an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus policy.
