Construction Supervisor / Site Manager

"ADK Engineering" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Supervisor / Site Manager.

Employment type: Full-time

Sector: Construction and Engineering

Remuneration to be determined after agreement.

Main responsibilities:

** Organization and daily control of MEP works production on site;

** Coordination of installation works of heating-cooling (HVAC), ventilation, water supply and sewage, and electrical systems;

** Management of subcontractors and installation groups;

** Control of compliance of performed works with project drawings and technical specifications;

** Control of work deadlines and quality;

** Timely identification of collisions and technical issues between MEP systems and coordination with relevant specialists;

** Control of volumes of performed works;

** Determination of material needs and coordination of delivery process;

** Daily communication with project manager, engineers, architects, and other construction directions;

** Control of labor safety requirements on site;

** Regular reporting on project progress;

** Participation in counting volumes of performed works and calculation of form №2.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience in MEP/construction field;

** Ability to freely read engineering drawings;

** Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems work processes;

** Good knowledge of construction processes and work sequence;

** Ability of effective communication with subcontractors and work groups;

** Responsibility, organization, and ability to quickly solve problems;

** Good knowledge of MS Excel and practical usage skills;

** Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be considered an advantage.
