External Sales Agent

The Georgian Red Cross Society within the F2F project announces a vacancy for the position of External Sales Agent.

Work location: Batumi - various open and closed public spaces (Carrefour branch, Batumi Mall, Metro City, Batumi Boulevard, parks, etc.)

We offer:

• Hourly payment - full time (8 hours) - 114.4 GEL per day, part-time (4 hours) - 57.2 GEL per day;
• Flexible working schedule: Monday-Friday, full (11:00-19:00) or part-time (11:00-15:00 or 15:00-19:00);
• Minimum 12 hours per week

Main responsibilities:

• To ensure the implementation of the Georgian Red Cross Society's goals, strategy, and policy within his/her competence;
• Timely and effective implementation of project activities within the competence;
• Dissemination of information about the organization's mission and new project;
• Conduct negotiations with citizens and their registration on our website;
• Daily reporting to the direct manager and observance of internal regulations;
• Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Qualification requirements and personal skills:

• Higher education (desirable);
• Students are also considered for this position;
• Work experience in sales and/or service sector (desirable);
• Good communication skills in Georgian;
• Good negotiation and mediation skills;
• Teamwork and high sense of responsibility;
• Honest and reliable attitude towards work.
