Quality Development Department Specialist

LLC Black Sea International University announces a vacancy for the position of Quality Development Department Specialist.

Work location: Tbilisi, D. Archaghebeli Alley, 13th km. #2;

Working schedule: Full-time

Main functions/responsibilities:

• Involvement in the organization of events planned by the department;

• Reflection of data on the university's electronic portal.

• Involvement in the process of organizing trainings, consultations and information meetings for academic/invited and administrative staff on important issues related to authorization and accreditation, and preparation of protocols;

• Involvement in the self-assessment process of study programs;

• Involvement in the self-assessment process of study courses;

• Involvement in the self-assessment process of study practice;

• Providing information to personnel about events planned by the department;

• Performance of immediate supervisor's tasks.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;

• Computer programs - MS Office;

• English language - at least B2+ level;

• At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant or administrative position (experience working in the field of higher education will be considered an advantage).

• Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously;
