"Finbureau" has been operating in the field of debt management since 2015. The main direction of the organization is the economic recovery of entities, for which purpose it acquires loan portfolios from banks and microfinance institutions.

"Finbureau" unites 19 branches and more than 800 employees.

"Finbureau" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Regional Manager in Adjara-Guria.

Workplace: Batumi. Work rate: Full-time.

Function-Responsibilities:

According to the plans to be performed by the groups, determine individual plans for the groups and monitor their implementation; Plan visits, monitor performance in groups, control visit budget; Daily control of expected results; Monitoring work according to standardization and involvement in feedback assessments; Participation in the rotation process as needed; Scheduled meetings/calls with subordinate employees and direct supervisor according to guidelines; Production of unscheduled reporting based on instructions received from the direct supervisor; Monthly analysis/reporting of performed work in the region; Communication with problem borrowers as needed; Providing team members with information about ongoing processes and news in the company; care about development and growth of work quality

Qualification Requirements:

Desirable experience in working in a managerial position; Higher education; High-level knowledge of office computer programs (MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook).
