Librarian

LLC "European Central University" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Librarian.

Terms:

** Structural Unit: Library

** Position Salary: To be agreed upon;

** Number of Positions: 1;

** Job Location: Tbilisi, Kostava St. N 77;

** Probation Period: 6 months.

** Working Hours: Part-time (15:00-20:00).

Main Responsibilities:

** Registering and providing consultations to readers who have arrived at the library on the use of library resources;

** Accounting for the university's existing library fund, creating a database, and constantly updating information in the database;

** Processing incoming library units according to standards, reflecting them in the database, and placing them in the fund;

** Organizing the description of existing books at certain intervals, finding issued/lost books, and ensuring their effective and timely return;

** Processing, accounting, and placing newly arrived, issued, and returned library resources in the library, according to library standards;

** Performing other functions that arise from the purpose/activities of the library, as well as fulfilling the tasks of the library head.

Qualification Requirements:

** Higher education - Bachelor's or equivalent academic degree;

** A professional diploma in librarianship is desirable;

** At least 1 year of work experience;

** Experience working in the field of education will be considered an advantage;

** MS Office (Word very good, Excel good, PP-very good);

** English language - B1 level (speaking, writing).

** The first stage of the competition is document selection.

** The second stage of the competition is an interview.
