In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and development-oriented Logistics Coordinator who will be involved in the company's local and international shipping operations.

Your role in the team:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning export and import shipments, finding cargo vehicles, organizing loading, and preparing relevant documentation.

The position involves daily communication with carrier companies, drivers, company branches, customs representatives, and foreign partners.

Lack of experience is not an obstacle - the company will teach you the work processes, internal system, and rules for preparing documentation onsite.

Main responsibilities:

** Planning and organizing export and import shipments;

** Agreeing on loading dates and transport schedules;

** Finding cargo vehicles and carrier companies;

** Negotiating shipping conditions and tariffs;

** Collecting and verifying driver and cargo vehicle data;

** Coordinating loading with company branches;

** Controlling the timely arrival of cargo vehicles and the loading process;

** Monitoring shipments from loading to final delivery;

** Daily communication with drivers, carriers, customs representatives, and partners;

** Preparing and printing invoices, packing lists, and other necessary documents from the company's internal system and delivering / forwarding them to relevant parties;

** Preparing, verifying, and delivering / sending CMR and other documents required for shipping;

** Organizing and archiving export and import documentation;

** Reflecting information related to shipments in relevant programs and tables;

** Timely identification of delays, delays, and other operational issues and providing information to management;

** Performing other logistics and operational tasks determined by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

** A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field is desirable;

** Experience in logistics, international transportation, export-import, or a similar field will be considered an advantage;

** Candidates with little to no experience (up to 1 year) are also encouraged to apply;

** Motivated recent graduates are also considered;

** Proficiency in office software, particularly MS Excel and MS Word;

** Ability to work quickly with computer programs and electronic systems;

** Accurate and meticulous document handling;

** Knowledge of English, Russian, or Turkish is considered an advantage;

** Candidates with proficiency in multiple foreign languages will be given priority.
