Network Development and Projects Specialist

LLC "Family Retail" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Network Development and Projects Specialist.

The main goal of the position The specialist ensures the organization, coordination and monitoring of the development, opening, renovation, format change and other projects of the company's new and existing facilities. The position involves working both in the office and at facilities, and active cooperation with the company's relevant structural units, contractors and suppliers.

Main responsibilities - Participation in finding and primary evaluation of potential locations for new facilities; - On-site inspection of facilities and collection of necessary information; - Operational support for processes related to leasing and commercial issues; - Coordination of design, technical preparation and processes of obtaining necessary permits and agreements; - Monitoring of construction and renovation works in terms of deadlines, quality and progress; - Organization and coordination of processes for opening new facilities, renovating existing facilities and changing formats; - Coordination of inventory and technical equipment supply and placement processes; - Operational communication with contractors and suppliers and control of agreed-upon works; - Timely identification of project-related problems and risks and provision of information to management; - Production of information and reports on project status, deadlines and performance; - Functional management of technical assistant and assignment of work tasks to them; - Participation in current practical work at facilities if necessary.

Qualification requirements - Higher education - preferably in business administration, management, construction, architecture, engineering, economics or a related field; - At least 2 years of work experience; - Experience in project management, construction and renovation, retail, real estate or facility development will be considered an advantage; - Experience working with contractors and suppliers will be considered an advantage; - Good knowledge of Excel and office programs.

Working conditions - The job involves moving around the company's office and retail/production facilities. - Depending on the specificity of the projects, work may be required in the evenings, at night or on days off, in accordance with the company's internal rules and applicable legislation.
