Job description The Business Guide position is a transitional phase for you towards further development.

You, as a Business Guide: - Identify customer needs and ensure high-quality service - Register companies and open bank accounts - Have a good knowledge of TBC's business product catalog and be able to offer and register them - Provide consultations to customers on business loans - Introduce customers to existing non-financial services (trainings, awards, forums, etc.)

Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in the service sector - Experience working in the field of serving business clients is desirable - Knowledge of English and Russian languages
