Receptionist-Registrar

Hotel "Intourist Hotel Kazbegi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receptionist-Registrar.

Function-Responsibilities:

** Providing polite and positive interaction with both hotel guests and colleagues;

** Receiving, accommodating, and subsequently escorting guests according to hotel standards;

** Providing guests with desired information about rooms, tariffs, and other services available in the hotel;

** Receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information;

** Maintaining telephone conversation and email correspondence culture and standards;

** Establishing effective and positive communication with guests;

** Registering guests in the system and performing relevant financial operations;

** Preparing current day's reservations in the system (printing registration cards, making keys, etc.);

** Transferring information to other departments in the hotel at the end and beginning of the working day;

** Acting in accordance with hotel service standards.

Basic Requirements:

** Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;

** Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English languages;

** Any additional language will be considered an advantage;

** Knowledge of computer and office programs.
