About the Position:
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and motivated team member who will focus on customer support and effectively address their needs. This position is the first and important step to fully explore the company's activities, which allows for positional changes within the company. The role also implies a 200 GEL increase in remuneration after 18 months of successful collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and Facebook channels, adhering to the company's service standards
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers
- Reflect and process received information in the internal system
- Identify obstacles in the communication process and find optimal solutions to ensure uninterrupted service
Desirable:
- Experience working in a similar position
- Experience working in an internal program and reflecting changes
- Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Required: English language proficiency at a communicative level (B1-B2)
