Company "Digitron" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Specialist.

The program Balance is an ERP-type software solution for business accounting and management and is the first cloud-based accounting program in Georgia. Balance provides operational and accounting records in a single system for small and medium-sized businesses. The program is based on one of the most common software platforms in the world - 1C.

The Balance team offers an interesting and friendly work environment, constant learning and development.

Location: Tbilisi, Tatishvili's alley 1.

Working hours: Full-time schedule 09:30 - 18:30, Monday - Friday

Description:

Function / Responsibilities:

• Participation in planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and activities
• Determination of the company's marketing strategy and communication channels with the manager
• Management of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, TikTok, Google Ads): planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Creating content for digital channels
• Analysis of leads received from social media, establishing primary feedback, and redirecting to responsible persons

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in the marketing field
• Practical experience in managing digital marketing channels
• Experience in using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• English language skills (written and verbal communication)

• Ability to work in a team
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
