Head of Procurement Service

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Head of Procurement Service at "Archi" and their responsibilities will be:

Management, coordination and control of the results of the Procurement Service; Management of relations with strategic and large suppliers; Control of the procurement budget and main expenses; Identification of risks in the procurement process and making appropriate decisions; Monitoring the quality and deadlines of work performed by employees; Active cooperation with various departments, organization of working meetings and coordination of procurement-related issues; Determination of procurement priorities and improvement of processes in accordance with the company's needs; Supervision of the process of selection and evaluation of suppliers; Preparation of periodic procurement reports; Performance of other tasks related to the main activities.

Requirements:

Higher education in business administration, economics or finance; At least 5 years of work experience in procurement, including in a leadership position; High-level knowledge of English and Russian languages. Good knowledge of office programs, especially Excel;
