Export Manager

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to work in the global market and manage the delivery process of Ecommerce orders.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the daily process of sending parcels.
• Monitoring shipments and resolving delays, customs clearance issues, documentation shortages, and other delivery problems.
• Preparing delivery details, invoices, and customer information for products to be shipped.
• Controlling the shipment of orders and coordinating with production, sales, and customer support teams.
• Updating information on shipments and deliveries in the company's internal systems.
• Preparing regular reports on shipments, logistics costs, delays, returns, and delivery efficiency.
• Optimizing logistics processes
• Managing the shipment of returned products and relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in export, logistics, or a similar field.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.
• Experience working with Amazon, Shopify, or international fulfillment systems will be considered an advantage.
