The hotel "Amante" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Administrator.

The hotel is located in the old town of Tbilisi and has 20 individual rooms.

** Work location: Tbilisi ** Work schedule: 24-hour shift every fourth day (09:00 to 09:00) ** Salary: 900/1000 GEL depending on experience

Job duties:

** Reception, accommodation and subsequent farewell of guests according to the standards existing in the hotel; ** Providing guests with the desired information about rooms, tariffs and other services available in the hotel; ** Receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information, taking into account service standards; ** Establishing effective communication with guests; ** Preparing current day bookings in the system, receiving money; ** Preparing hotel invoices and other documents as needed; ** Booking hotel rooms, correct distribution of guests; ** Receiving complaints/requests from guests and resolving them in a timely manner; ** Acting in accordance with hotel service standards.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience working in a similar position; ** High-level knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage); ** Knowledge of computer and office programs; ** Experience working in a hotel program.

** Good communication skills; ** Sense of responsibility; ** Time management and teamwork skills; ** Attention to detail; ** Good ability to adapt to new things and changes; ** Ability to work in shifts.
