Hostess - Receptionist

"Restaurant Istoria" is a newly opened restaurant in the heart of the city, offering guests a unique taste, high standards, and an exceptional environment. We are creating a place where quality, comfort, and hospitality come together. We are currently looking for professional and motivated team members who will join the creation of a new project and help us offer an exceptional experience.

Location: Tbilisi

Work schedule: 9-hour workday, 2 days off

Remuneration: 1300₾-1600₾ GEL (with growth prospects, depending on the candidate's qualifications)

Job responsibilities:

** Receiving telephone and internet reservations and systematic record-keeping;

** Polite communication with guests and quick and effective response to their requests;

** Providing guests with all necessary information, familiarizing them with instructions, and administrative support;

** Conducting cash and non-cash transactions in accordance with company processes;

** Performing various administrative tasks.

Essential requirements:

** Experience working in a similar position or in sales;

** Perfect knowledge of English and Russian languages;

** Effective communication skills;

** High sense of responsibility;

** Ability to work in a busy environment;

** Knowledge of Excel will be considered an advantage
