We are looking for a Class Teacher who, if necessary, will also teach a relevant subject (Georgian language and literature, mathematics, natural science, art, or other).

Key responsibilities:

• Ensures the academic, social, and emotional development of each student in the class by creating a safe and supportive environment;
• Actively cooperates with class teachers, stage coordinators, parents, and school administration to ensure a development-oriented learning process for each student;
• Collaborates with parents through regular and constructive communication on issues of students' academic, social, and emotional development;
• Plans and conducts class hours that promote the development of self-regulation, responsibility, cooperation, and social-emotional skills;
• Coordinates educational, cultural, and social projects and activities in the class;
• Participates in assessing students' academic, social, and emotional progress and planning appropriate support;
• Actively participates in the school's professional development programs and promotes the development of the school's values and culture.
• Plans the educational process in accordance with the national curriculum and the school's educational vision.
• Uses student-centered, diverse, and modern teaching methods;
• Assesses students' academic progress, provides constructive feedback, and plans additional support if necessary;
• Collaborates with the relevant subject department to develop the educational process and share resources.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in education, primary education, Georgian language and literature, mathematics, natural science, art, or other relevant fields;
• Desirable experience working with school-age students (in both formal and informal education);
• Desirable experience as a class teacher;
• Desirable experience in project-based learning and interdisciplinary collaboration or interest in working in this direction.
• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and student-centered approaches;
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills;
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and desire for professional development.

If the interview is successful, the candidate will move to the second stage of the selection process, which involves performing a specific activity selected individually for the candidate.
