Data Scientist / ML Engineer
Andersen is hiring a Data Scientist / ML Engineer for a project developing AI-powered solutions, scalable ML systems, and intelligent technologies for high-load digital platforms. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies. The project is focused on building and deploying AI-powered safety solutions for a client platform. The core goal is to protect users through ML systems covering liveness detection, safety scoring, fraud & abuse detection, and audio analysis. The team works in a high-load, production-first environment, translating product hypotheses into scalable ML solutions.
Responsibilities: - Designing and deploying CV models for liveness detection and anti-spoofing. - Building NLP pipelines for behavioral signal extraction and incident analysis. - Owning full ML lifecycle: data annotation, training, deployment, monitoring. - Developing and maintaining fraud & abuse detection systems. - Contributing to safety scoring using behavioral and historical data. - Integrating ML models with backend services and mobile infrastructure. - Participating in system architecture discussions. - Collaborating with the product team on hypothesis definition and validation.
Requirements: - Experience in DS/ML with a strong focus on modern AI stack for 5+ years. - Hands-on experience with RAG systems: vector databases, embedding models, semantic search. - Practical LLM experience: fine-tuning, prompt engineering at system level, LLM evaluation. - Experience with audio/speech processing: ASR, speaker diarization, audio event detection, or conversation analysis. - Familiarity with GenAI product development and LLM-based reasoning pipelines. - MLOps skills: deploying and monitoring LLM/audio models in production. - Experience with streaming and async data pipelines. - Proficiency in Python and core DS/ML libraries. - Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to have: - Understanding of safety, risk, or compliance contexts.
Compensation: 3425–5400 EUR per month.
