IT Business Analyst

JSC "Microfinance Organization Scap" is announcing a vacancy for the position of IT Business Analyst.

The vacancy is intended for individuals with relevant professional education and sufficient experience. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in the development of web projects and work with an experienced team.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis, and transformation of business requirements into technical documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria)

• Analysis of existing (AS-IS) processes, optimization, and design of future (TO-BE) processes using BPMN 2.0/UML

• Involvement in Agile/Scrum processes, facilitation of Product Backlog Refinement meetings, and explanation of requirements to the development team

• Preparation of functional documentation for API integrations and communication with technical teams

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a business or system analyst in the IT field.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Jira/Confluence

• Knowledge of process visualization and modeling standards BPMN/UML

• Knowledge of API integration concepts and experience preparing relevant documentation

• English language skills for creating technical documentation

Desirable Qualifications (preferable):

• Experience working with ERP systems (especially Odoo)

• Basic ability to work with databases and write SQL queries (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)

• Experience working on projects in the financial or banking sector

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX prototyping tools (Figma, Wireframe)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time; Monday-Friday: 10:00-18:30

• Probation period: 3 months

• Salary: according to qualification
