Business Process Specialist

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Business Process Specialist in "Archi" and his main functions will be:

Collection, systematization and in-depth analysis of data and information related to the company's business and operational processes (As-Is / To-Be);

Description, documentation (SOP), visualization (Flowcharts/BPMN) and optimization of the company's business and operational processes;

Operational response to identified violations and errors in the process, determination of root causes (Root Cause Analysis) and proposal of correction ways;

Identification and initiation of opportunities for process automation and digitalization;

Periodic review and update of documented processes;

Research of target audience and internal customers' needs to improve processes;

Formation, testing and implementation support of new functionality and changes in CRM;

Identification of technical or systemic faults related to CRM system and communication with vendors to eliminate them;

Provision of technical and functional support to employees on CRM-related issues, preparation of trainings and instructions;

Generation of necessary reports from CRM system, data verification and timely delivery to initiator parties;

Performance of other tasks related to main activities.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education;

At least 2 years of experience in business process direction;

Fluent verbal and written communication;

Knowledge of English;

Knowledge of MS Office;

Basic knowledge of Visio, Miro or other business process visualization programs is desirable;

Practical experience working with CRM systems.
