The company "InnoTeam" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Legal Counsel.
Working conditions:
Workplace: Tbilisi, S. Tsintsadze St.
Working hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, 40 hours. (Hybrid).
Remuneration: To be agreed upon, according to the candidate's qualifications;
Main responsibilities:
- Provide legal consultations, prepare conclusions and recommendations for the company's management and structural units;
- Prepare, review and provide legal expertise for contracts, memoranda, agreements and other legal documents;
- Ensure compliance of the company's internal policies and procedures with legislation;
- Identify, assess and develop preventive measures for legal risks related to the company's activities;
- Monitor legislative changes and relevant court practices and prepare necessary legal recommendations;
- Manage disputes and claims at the pre-trial stage;
- Conduct legal processes related to the collection of accounts receivable;
- Protect and represent the company's interests in negotiations, with individuals and legal entities, as well as in relations with state, administrative and judicial bodies.
Basic qualification requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Practical experience in court proceedings and litigation;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
