Accountant

"DESIGN MALL" is a design and repair materials mall in Tbilisi, where you can select repair materials, furniture, and decor in one space, as well as receive services from professional designers and architects.

We are currently seeking a qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our professional team to effectively implement current and planned activities.

Job location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time: 10:00-19:00 (1 hour break) Remuneration: to be agreed (based on qualifications)

Main responsibilities:

• Complete and timely recording of the company's current accounting operations;
• Preparation of acceptance and transfer acts, invoices, waybills, and other financial documentation;
• Accounting and control of accounts receivable and payable;
• Comparison and control of warehouse and accounting data;
• Preparation and submission of tax liabilities and relevant declarations;
• Production of relevant accounting records of income and expenses;
• Accounting and implementation of operations related to employee salaries, labor remuneration, and relevant taxes;
• Preparation of financial and accounting information necessary for management;
• Participation in preparing documentation necessary for audit and tax inspection;
• Organized and systematized production of accounting documentation.

Requirements and skills:

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience working as an accountant;
• Good knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and basic principles of accounting;
• Experience working with accounting programs;
• High-level knowledge of Excel;
• High accuracy in working with primary documentation and financial data;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Teamwork and effective communication skills.

Advantages:

• Experience working as an accountant in the construction sector or trade of construction/repair materials;
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, and goods movement accounting;
• Experience in independently preparing tax declarations;
• Experience working with the full cycle of accounting;
• Possession of ACCA certificates
