Food and Beverage Manager

Hotel "Ampelo" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Food and Beverage Manager.

Location: Kardanakhi

Function/Responsibilities:

** Managing and developing a team of restaurant staff and bartenders;

** Managing and monitoring restaurant and bar supplies;

** Ensuring continuous improvement of restaurant service;

** Compiling a list of products to be purchased based on kitchen needs;

** Managing and monitoring purchases;

** Budgeting and monitoring approved budget;

** Monitoring daily sales;

** Selecting, managing, and organizing training for employees;

** Compiling menu calculations with the head chef and software management;

** Ensuring continuous and quality supply of products;

** Managing events and finding additional staff when needed;

** Supplying and monitoring products for various non-standard events;

** Close communication with Housekeeping and Front Office departments;

** Monthly reporting on sales, expenses, and prices to direct supervisor;

** Working/managing in Fina.

Qualification requirements, knowledge, and skills:

** At least 2 years of experience working in an international/branded hotel in F&B position;

** Experience working in FINA program;

** B2 level proficiency in English and Russian;

** Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel;

** Organizational skills;

** High sense of responsibility.

Working conditions:

** Workplace: Kakheti;

** Salary: fixed, depending on experience;

** Schedule: 5 days (2 days off, except Friday-Saturday-Sunday);
