Accounting Specialist

The subsidiary company of an international transport company LLC "Transford" announces a vacancy for an Accounting Specialist position.

Work location: Poti

Work schedule: Full-time, normalized work schedule

Main requirements:

** At least 2 years of experience working in a similar or relevant position;

** Knowledge of office programs (MS Office), especially practical use of MS Excel;

** Knowledge of English and Russian languages - at least at a medium level, including knowledge of transport and logistics terminology;

** Experience working in a port, terminal, transport or logistics field will be considered an advantage.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Recording, processing and systematization of data related to port and terminal operations;

** Timely and accurate reflection of information about performed operations and services in relevant programs and databases;

** Production, processing and arrangement of transport and operational documentation;

** Checking the correctness and compliance of primary data and documentation;

** Preparation of daily, periodic and other necessary reports;

** Compliance with company's internal procedures, rules and standards.
