Airline Operations and DCS Specialist

Georgian Airways is seeking an experienced Airline Operations and DCS Specialist to support and coordinate processes related to DCS, Ground Handling, Weight & Balance, Load Control, and Interline operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Management, support, and ensuring accuracy of passenger and flight data in the DCS (Departure Control System);
• Preparation and verification of operational data required for flight operations;
• Coordination with ground handling service providers and monitoring compliance with operational procedures;
• Support for Weight & Balance / Load Control processes and verification of relevant loading documentation;
• Coordination with airports, ground handling companies, and other operational partners;
• Management of interline processes and communication with partner airlines;
• Monitoring of information related to passengers, baggage, cargo, and flights;
• Timely identification and resolution of operational issues arising during flight preparation and operations;
• Coordination with flight operations, commercial, airport services, and other departments of the airline;
• Preparation of operational reports and production of relevant documentation;
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and aviation standards.

Requirements:

• Experience working in an airline, airport, ground handling company, or aviation operations;
• Practical experience working with DCS systems;
• Knowledge of Weight & Balance / Load Control principles;
• Good knowledge of ground handling procedures;
• Understanding of interline operations;
• English language - Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• High-level computer and system skills;
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to accurately process large volumes of operational information;
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and strict operational deadlines.
