Job description At TBC's Direct Communications Management Knowledge Center, in the Notifications Team, we are looking for a Service Expert.
If you are interested in direct customer communications, working with data, and want to learn how a well-planned campaign helps the business achieve its goals - this role is for you.
You will join the team involved in managing TBC Bank campaigns - planning and preparation. Your work will influence how and in what form customers receive important information from the bank.
What will you do? - Together with the Notifications Team, you will be involved in the entire process of planning and managing campaigns and ensure effective direct customer communications. - You will work with various mass communication channels, such as: SMS, Push, Email, and Popup. - You will be involved in analyzing campaign results and assessing their effectiveness - together with the team, you will find ways to improve the quality of communications and optimize processes. - You will work with databases: plan and build target segments, create necessary logic, and prepare bases for campaigns. - You will deepen your knowledge and gain practical experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and others. - You will collaborate with different business areas and better understand how direct communications are used to achieve business goals.
Qualifications - Experience working with databases and data analysis; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (SQL; knowledge of PBI will be considered an advantage); - Knowledge of English; - Knowledge of banking products and services (will be considered an advantage)
