We are looking for a responsible and organized candidate who will ensure effective management of warehouse and transportation processes, coordination of employees, and smooth operations.
Main responsibilities:
Organization and coordination of drivers and transportation processes; Distribution of work tasks to drivers and control of their performance; Planning of truck routes and reflection in the ILOS system; Control of timely delivery of products and, if necessary, operational replacement of trucks; Control of the technical condition of the fleet and trucks, planning of scheduled repairs and communication with subcontractors; Planning of drivers' work schedules and vacations, monitoring of work and training on Kisoft and DQMP procedures; Periodic optimization of routes and planning and budgeting of transportation resources (fuel, tires, etc.); Search for transportation subcontractors, discussion of conditions and organization of tenders; Reporting of KPIs in the warehouse and transportation direction and monitoring of performance; Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, QIP and labor safety standards; Providing information to management on current processes, problems and results.
Requirements:
Experience in managing warehouse, logistics or fleet in the food products field is desirable; Experience in managing warehouse employees and drivers and coordinating work processes; Experience in managing fleet and transportation processes; Knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes; High sense of responsibility and organization; Leadership skills and ability to make quick decisions; Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office); Experience working with warehouse accounting or logistics systems.
