Main Responsibilities:
Participation in the preparation of screening, scoping, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, as well as other technical environmental documentation; Verification/analysis of Georgian environmental legislation and normative acts and support for the team in determining compliance with projects; Participation in field trips and public consultations, collection of baseline data for the project, and organization of relevant records and photo materials; Participation in finding, processing, and systematizing technical data related to projects, as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
Higher education in Ecology, Geography, Environmental Sciences, or specialization in areas such as: Waste Management, Environmental Technologies, Hydrology, or Atmospheric Air Protection; Experience working with environmental legislation and regulations, or relevant academic knowledge; Analytical thinking and academic writing skills; Good command of office computer programs (MS Office); Knowledge of English (B1 - B2 level); At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage).
