Company "Madarti" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Team Leader!

The selection process will start immediately after receiving resumes, so don't delay!

To get to this position, you will have to go through the following stages of selection:

** Interview with HR specialist;

** Interview with the Head of Human Resource Management;

** Internship stage at the branch.

Key competencies:

** Higher education (preferably in Business Administration);

** At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;

** High sense of responsibility;

** Effective communication;

** Ability to effectively manage a team;

** Knowledge of office programs at the user level.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Managing the sales team;

** Ensuring the training of new employees in accordance with the received standards;

** Assessment of employees' competence in relation to product knowledge;

** Monitoring the observance of service standards by employees;

** Control of product layout and quantity in the branch;

** Financial operations.

Workplace: Tbilisi - Varketili, Saburtalo

Work schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week

Salary: 1800-2300 GEL
