Construction Project Manager

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Project Manager/Coordinator.

Job type: Full-time;

Work location: Tbilisi (visits to regions);

Remuneration: To be agreed.

Main tasks:

• Managing and coordinating construction projects;
• Monitoring the progress of construction works and ensuring compliance with project requirements;
• Effective communication with technical supervisors, engineers, and contractors;
• Communication with the client and timely provision of information about the project's progress;
• Planning work, distributing tasks, and controlling performance;
• Timely identification of issues and problems arising during the construction process and coordinating their resolution;
• Effective coordination of information and tasks among project participants;
• Controlling the quality of work performed, deadlines, and agreed conditions;
• Organizing meetings and discussing work issues with project participants;
• Working with construction documentation and project materials;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in construction/engineering;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position as a construction project manager, project coordinator, or technical supervisor;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design programs will be considered an advantage.

• High sense of responsibility;
• Organizational skills and result-oriented approach;
• Good negotiation and conflict management skills;
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate effectively with different parties.
