Career Planning Consultant

The Public Service of Employment Promotion Agency announces a vacancy for the position of Career Planning Consultant.

Position: Employed person under labor contract - Career Planning Consultant Remuneration: 1,331 GEL (accrued) Number of positions: 1 - Mtskheta. Location: Mtskheta. Type of work: Full-time Probation period: 6 months

Functions:

Providing information to job seekers about employment promotion programs and services, as well as vacancies, and providing relevant services. Registering job seekers in the relevant program, including the labor market management information system, or assisting with registration. Identifying/assessing their needs and skills, profiling, and consulting. Compiling a career plan, identifying ways and means of implementation, determining necessary measures to achieve the set goal, supporting, monitoring, and evaluating the process. Offering targeted services and programs to job seekers in accordance with methodological materials and instructions. Administering the process of including job seekers in programs and providing services, and collecting feedback. Developing and maintaining documentation, using instructions and regulatory norms in the work process, using electronic platforms and programs, working with office programs, and compiling statistical data and reports in accordance with established rules. Participating in events planned by the agency, if necessary. Registering organizations, including employers and educational providers, in the labor market management information system, or assisting with registration. Posting vacancies and educational programs on the system, or assisting with posting. Selecting job seekers for registered vacancies in the labor market management information system. Recording vacancy fulfillment and closure. Controlling deadlines and ensuring the provision of relevant information to the employer. Providing information about the agency, employment programs, and services to employers and other interested parties, if necessary. Collecting feedback on the services and programs implemented by the agency, if necessary. Ensuring response to incoming correspondence within the scope of authority. Performing other tasks and individual instructions given by the director of the agency and/or senior managers within the competence.

Additional requirements:

One year of practical work experience is required; Higher education in social sciences, psychology, or business administration is required; Knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable; Ability to organize, perform, and complete work processes in a timely manner; Ability to work in a team and individually; Knowledge of basic principles of client service and individual consulting; Responsible attitude towards work; Analytical thinking; Effective communication skills.
